As Australia's original discount grocer, Franklins has always been a favourite place to shop and save. And when we introduced our Loyalty Club in 2006, the savings got even better.

Now we've improved our Loyalty Club so you can save more than ever with bonus points and special offers exclusive to Loyalty Club members. Look out for products with the Loyalty Bonus Buys Icon in our catalogues and in-stores.

How the Franklins Loyalty Club works:

Present your Loyalty Club card when you shop at Franklins and you earn one point for every dollar you spend.
When you reach 2000 points, you can redeem them for payment for your grocery purchases or for Franklins Vouchers.
You can check your points total at any Franklins store and can only be redeemed at your nominated Franklins store.

How the program has improved:

Your points total will be updated and stored on a new, durable plastic smart card.
You can earn points faster and save even more with special offers and bonus points exclusive to Loyalty Club members.
Points can now be redeemed for grocery purchases, as well as Franklins Vouchers.

It's so easy to save with Franklins Loyalty Club. Just ask for an Application Form at the Customer Service Desk at any Franklins store and you'll receive a temporary card immediately. Your new smart card will be posted to you and the points you have earned in the meantime will be stored on the new card.
