Lost Trolleys

Franklins cares for the environment on a number of levels, particularly in regards to trolleys being abandoned in streets and local surrounds. So Franklins makes every effort to keep their trolleys in store. Occasionally a trolley is taken away from the store and left in the streets or parkland in the surrounding neighbourhood. 

To help locate and return these trolleys, Franklins uses the Trolley Tracker Information System. This system is maintained by Trolley Services Australia. It helps Franklins to keep our trolleys in store and return those that aren’t more quickly. Customers who report lost trolleys are rewarded with the chance to win a $1000 open order each month.
