Franklins Ulladulla is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced TRADE QUALIFIED BUTCHER to join the team. The successful person will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the Meat Department, monitoring stock levels, preparing and cutting product as requested, merchandising, stocktaking and working within Food Safety legislation.
The successful candidate will need to possess:
- A trade qualification - full Butcher qualification
- A passion for retail and customer service
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster which may include some evenings and weekends

Franklins Sutherland is looking for an enthusiastic, service orientated Duty Manager to manage the Night Fill / Stock Replenishment team.
To be successful in this position you must have:
- Previous supervisory experience, perferably in a grocery retail environment
- Good communication skills
- A positive approach and high energy to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Be flexible to work on a roaster which includes late night s and weekends (including every second Saturday)
- Be reliable and hard working
